Hi I have a 2012 Genesis Sedan that the windows and door locks randomly stop working. Any suggestions where to start? Thanks

You must consult it with a locksmith may be they can help you with door and window locks. I also called a locksmith when i locked keys in car, they helped unlocking it.

Have you tried opening those locks with the fob or tried unlocking the door with locksmith tools?

You can use manual for it to check the problem in the lock and also if you can't able to do it then you can hire locksmith nearby for you.
