The guys over at youwager.com have made placed odds on which car manufacturer is most likely to have the next recall. While there's no actual study to back this up. It's still nice to look at. Although the list does seem like its pretty accurate. If the list is accurate, Genesis owners have nothing to worry about. Since Hyundai is very low on the list.

I wouldn't worry about it. The Genesis is a well built car. Maybe for the other Hyundai models but definitely not the Genesis.

ive ridden in my friends genesis. definitely feels like its well built. even asked him if hes ever had any problems with it and he said no. id be more worried if i had a toyota or gm.

I think people are going to start picking apart all car makes at this point. The amount of press that Toyota got with their recall, it may even be good business to engineer in something that will fail and make a big headline.
