I have seen several posts about the Lexicon audio where the amplifier and DVD unit fail to respond on occasions no matter what you do, but start working again after 30 minutes or so.
Somebody responded with a reset button sequence that at least gets it going again but I lost the message. They said there was an update that corrects the issue.

What can you tell me about this issue?

I'm having trouble with the telephone portion of the radio. When I give a command to "dial by name" the car voice says downloading contacts try later. Contacts are already loaded and she (voice) doesn't understand any other command except exit.
