Engine rattle 2020 Genesis G90 rattle

I have a 2020 Genesis G90 Premium AWD with 4,200 miles on it that has an internal engine rattle sound when turning on the vehicle since the time of purchase. Dealer's Service Department technician and service manager informed me they confirmed the sound and believe it is the valve train from their years of experience in automotive repair. They called and forwarded a video of my car's engine and several G90's on the lot that made the same noise but not as pronounced as my vehicle to a Genesis engineer via a teleconference. The engineer determined it is a normal sound. The Service Manager and Technician disagreed with the engineer, however, they informed me they could not fully verify their diagnosis because they could not get the engineer's authorization to complete a full diagnosis.
