Has anyone added on a carbon fiber front lip to their car yet. I am interested on how it looks and if you had any problems with the install.

Do you notice yourself bottoming out more because of the front lip also?

I haven't added a lip yet but if you are thinking of lowering your car and putting on a lip... good luck. You will only have that lip for a day before it cracks or rips off unless your roads are the best in the country. It would look really sweet though for that day!!!

The roads here aren't terrible but they aren't great. I think I can handle it.

So what about the install - do I need a bodyshop to put it on or the dealership or can I wrench it on in my garage?

The CF lip looks sweet but as stated, if you plan on lowering, don't waste your money.
My car is lowered 1.2 inches and the lip wouldn't make it thru the day.

You could do it yourself if you have done body stuff before. It's not really rocket science. Also, just watch out for potholes. I have had a couple lowered cars and they were WAY low and the roads are bad here in Toronto, but I just drive carefully and look ahead at what is on the road surface and be careful when going up and down driveways/entrances.
