Time will tell.I am yet to own or work on a Genesis or have any face time with any mechanical aspects of the car.
However If this is the case, than it is only a matter of time before the aftermarket finds a solution for this issue. I don't think I'm really following you however.
Are we talking pre-mature wear, or total failure?
The fact that I will be taking the corners harder is not a fact.I doubt the ball joints will be affected to adversely by lowering. More likely by the fact that you will be taking corners harder!
