Hey everyone - first time poster here but have lurked for a while
I have a 2013 Genesis sedan with about 5,000 miles. It makes a rumbling noise when the brakes are applied above say 50 mph or so. Can't really feel it in the pedal but you can certainly hear it. I tried bedding the brakes a bit with some cycled high speed stops but it still makes the noise. It *sounds* like a warped rotor but it doesn't necessarily feel like it.
I took it to the two different dealers and they both said the sound is normal. Something to do with the fact that it has really big calipers. That explanation sounds like bull to me but I've never been in another Genesis sedan. Can you guys confirm? I searched but didn't see any mention of it...
