I had a weird thing happen yesterday with my 3.8 track automatic. It started fine in my garage. Then I drove about six miles, turned it off and went into a store for about 5 minutes. I punched the start button with foot on the brake of course and nothing happened other than that momentary whirring sound you get when you push the starter button. I tried it again and it started but sounded hesitant. I then drove it about six more miles and left it for about an hour. When I tried to start it again nothing. This time I tried repeatedly but it wouldn't turn over. I called Hyundai roadside and they came and jumped it and it started immediately. I then drove to the dealer and the battery checked out fine. I make sure I lock it every time I park, even in my garage. Today after sitting in my garage for about 14 hours it started fine. Tonight I went out to dinner and a play for about 4 hours and again starting was hesitant but it did start. I live in GA and the temp is about 35 dgrees so it's not cold. I don't have anything plugged into any of the power outlets. Has anybody had this happen to them? It sure seems to me like something is or was draining the battery.
